Kent's Second Attempt at the "Hill":
Best Viewed With QuickTime!

Traveling back to Galena we underestimated our ability to find a way around this obstacle. This was a very steep bank down to the Koyukuk river which we had no problem going down. We never looked back, that is until we headed for home. The only choice we had was to drive the sno-goes up then hoist our sleds up with a rope. Kent's snow machine was the widest of all and presented him with a rather interesting challenge. How to thread a 42 inch wide ski stance through a 41 inch wide gap in the bank. This is, quit possible, the definition of scupper!
